Holidays that comprise of 2 or more travel components, this is where
Freedom Travel confirm separate accommodation and flights. This will be shown on the booking details you sign when confirming your reservation.
 

Bookings cancelled more than 10 weeks 70 days before the departure date any deposits shall be forfeited.

Bookings cancelled Within 10 weeks 69 days of departure full amount 100% cancellation fee or that of the tour operator.  Please 
be advised the the terms and conditions of the tour operator that your holiday has been confirmed with will precede 

Freedom Travels terms and conditions.  Please ask for a copy of the terms and conditions of the tour operator

when confirming the booking.
