If you fancy a longer holiday, why not combine city breaks to stretch it out; Seville and Cordoba; Munich and Salzburg; or take time to explore the areas close to the cities, often overlooked by tourists.

Some destinations are perfect for families; go to an amusement park, visit the circus.
